# **Afilago Seller Partnership Agreement**

**This Agreement** is between **Afilago Marketplace** ("Afilago") and the undersigned Seller ("Seller").

Our shared goal is to grow together: Afilago will bring you customers nationwide, while you provide quality products and great service.

## 1. **Our Commitment to Sellers**

- **0% Commission for the First 6 months** → Every cedi you earn is yours during the launch period.
- **Low Commission Thereafter** → From 3%, by category. Among the lowest in the market.
- **Fast Payouts** → Sales paid out within **48 hours** to AfilaPay or your bank account.
- **Nationwide Reach** → Afilago markets your products to customers across Ghana.
- **Dedicated Support** → Seller help via WhatsApp, phone, and email.

## 2. **Your Commitment as a Seller**

- **Honest Listings** → Accurate descriptions, pricing, and product images.
- **Quality Standards** → Only genuine, legal products. No counterfeits or restricted items.
- **Order Fulfillment** → Ship on time or hand over to Afilago logistics partners.
- **Customer Respect** → Accept valid returns and provide good customer service.

## 3. **Fees & Payouts**

### 3.1 Launch Promotion

**0% commission for your first 6 months.** Every cedi you earn is yours during the launch period.

### 3.2 Standard Commission Rates (After Promo)

Commission is charged **only on completed sales** and deducted automatically at payout. The example shows what happens when you sell an item for **GHS 100**:

**Example:** You sell shoes for GHS 100. Afilago takes only GHS 5. GHS 95 goes straight to you. The bigger the sale, the more you keep — sell for GHS 500, you keep GHS 475.

### 3.3 No Hidden Fees

- No listing fees.
- No setup fees.
- No monthly subscription fees.
- No penalties.

### 3.4 Payouts

- Automatic deposits within **48 hours** of order completion.
- Paid to your preferred payment method.
- Commission is deducted at source — the amount you receive is yours to keep.

## 4. **Transparency**

- **Sales Dashboard:** Real-time tracking of orders, returns, and payouts.
- **Clear Terms:** Any commission rate change will be communicated with at least **30 days' written notice**.
- **Data Protection:** Your business information stays secure and confidential.

## 5. **Termination**

Either party may end this Agreement with written notice. Sellers must fulfill outstanding orders at time of termination.
