Permission is granted to temporarily use our platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Afilago is free to join and free to list. Commission is charged only on completed sales and is deducted automatically at payout. New sellers pay 0% commission for their first 6 months. After that, the rate depends on the product category:

Rates shown against a GHS 100 sale. There are no listing fees, setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or penalties. Payouts are deposited automatically within 48 hours of order completion, to your preferred payment method. Any change to these rates will be communicated with at least 30 days' written notice.
The materials on our platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
The materials appearing on our platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete or current.
We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our platform and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site.
We may revise these terms of service at any time. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. Commission rates are the exception: any change to the rates above is communicated to sellers with at least 30 days' written notice before it takes effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
